DMCA Policy

Nutella Hot Chocolate Oatmeal Porridge ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent through our contact page.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (e.g., URL).
Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Nutella Hot Chocolate Oatmeal Porridge may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
